This system was easy to set up and very easy to use. Once I hooked it up and plugged it in, the touchscreen walks you through using it. This professional style machine is great for use at home. I use this on my face and neck mostly and I can feel the difference in just using it for a short period of time. I love this and it has become part of my daily skin care routine. Well made for the price, I highly recommend.

I purchased this product by looking products feature. I used product few times but did not see any effect as part of weight loss. It makes bit loud noise and not worth the price paid for. I need to return the product

When I purchased this product I was very confident in it. When I used it on the first day, it didn't feel obvious, and when I used it for the second time, there was a creaking sound, and it couldn't work after a while. So I can only go back

Read the books completely. I did wind up buying some proper gel because on one page it says you can use coconut oil but then another area it seems to say not to so I just went ahead and ordered a small bottle of gel.The unit has interesting sounds, low hums and bursts of sounds, my husband loved that the most. He helped me with every attachment, the cables were easy to attach to the unit because there can only be 1 place for each cord. Yay. Makes life so easy.We tried every piece and it works great, be sure to use lower settings and gradually increase it. My hubbybgot excited and turned one from 3 to 8 and i felt it zapped me n heat was a bit strong. So that's whybthe book STATES try lower settings and gradually increade. Also test out each of the digital buttons of wave styles. Some settings have more heat others more penetration of light etc. You really have to use it for a while to learn the settings and then use it for longer periods of time to see improvements.The cupping is quite powerful and didn't need much time before I saw results. I have been using cupping for over 3 decades. I did struggle with not knowing how to release the suction other than turning it off. Which is why i say try lower settings because you want to make sure the settings you choose is comfortable for you as well as produce gradual progress and see slow improvements. It takes time. I am eager to start working more on my neck, abdominal area and back of legs.One of the cons was setting up the app, the booklet says enter an account ID and no where was I able to find an account number or account indicator. I even tried to contact SheMei and they never responded after 2 weeks. But re reading one of the books I did see one page where it listed ADM123 in a picture, which I tried and failed but I modified it to AMD#### and added 4 different numbers and after entering in a new password, it was a success. So I think the account has to start with "ADM".I wonder if I can set up other users so I can track the progress and settings I choose.Another con I had was one of the attachments seemed to be dirty or rusted but thankfully I was able to wipe it clean with a wet cloth and some elbow grease.Overall it seems intimidating but once you learn to use it, it works really well. I look forward to seeing more progress.

Overall we are pretty happy with this product. It is easy to use and functions well. The quality is good for the price and has held up well to our use. Overall i would recommend this unit.

This is the most expensive beauty gadget I have ever owned and for the quality it makes it worth it.This have solid/quality materials used in production thus makes me think that this will last me a long time.I can’t afford going to spa so having this at home is a treat. This is user friendly and the monitor makes it easy to understand BUT I highly suggest that you watch videos on how to use it to make the most of it specially if your a newbie like me.The tips are easy to attach and detached, sound is not as loud as I thought but could be annoying to those who have sensitivity to certain white noise.As for the heat it does gives out a good one so as the other features.Make sure you started at the lowest setting (highly suggested in the cupping mode) in every setting/mode coz this works stronger than my cheap ones.I have used this for 2 weeks now and have not seen any huge difference but I think this is the kind that shows after a few months so I’m patiently waiting for that.Will up or down my stars once I reach 6 months and see if anything change.
