It’s fantastic and it looks so stylish.

The product is easy to install but any instructions would have been appreciated. They come pretaped on the outer edge, but you need to use the provided tape to secure the louvers. I also made to small cut outs in the tape on the bottom edge so that water can drain out.

The media could not be loaded.  UPDATE: there was another roll of adhesive tape provided with the louvers but no explanation or instructions. Adding tape to ALL of the surfaces which might contact the glass, it firmly stuck to the window and fixed the rattling (see the second image above; only the three outer pieces are attached as it comes from the factory).ORIGINAL REVIEW: While these louvers definitely look cool, at speeds above about 73 mph they rattle/buzz loudly in the airstream. It’s easily audible from within the car, even over road noise. I checked carefully and it’s not the entire assembly coming away from the glass, the adhesive is tight and they remain firmly attached to the glass surface. Rather it’s the front 3 blades rattling against the structure of the louvers because they are insufficiently supported by the surrounding plastic. The rear two blades are shorter and don’t have this support problem. I’m ordering another set to determine if they can be modified before attachment to minimize this problem, but I’m pretty unimpressed by their engineering department which apparently did not even bother to attach them to a functioning car to see if they held up at speed. I’m concerned that if the rapid vibration isn’t addressed, the cyclic stress will gradually detach the adhesive from the glass, causing them to eventually fly off the car and become a projectile for someone else traveling behind me.

These look great and break up the humback-y look of the model Y to make it look more sporty. Would definitely recommend. When installing, clean the surface and use rubbing alcohol and take your time applying the adhesive strips. It''s worth it the little extra time.

Helps stand out from the crowd without looking too tacky. Maybe just a bit tacky.The gloss carbon fiber actually looks good. Has a bit of depth to it so it doesn't look as fake as the matte version or stand too far out from my other real CF parts.I used my own 3m tape for a secure fit. I also left a gap in the tape so water can drain at the bottom.
