Fantastic at price point
This computer is only 3.2 if overclocked. For a price under 100$ you really can't beat the specs. I have found no major issues, and it's been running continuously without failure for almost a month. I've been using it as a dedicated sever for things like phone to home synching, home automation, DNS resolution and filtering, and various other projects.RAM and memory is upgradable, and the computer mount is nice.Plastic Shell is cheap.

It's cheap. Know what you're buying...
I bought two of these. 1 for my daughter's school work (basic web access/Google classroom) and 1 to stream from because I'm tired of connecting my laptop to the TV.I fired them up but they were both having issues updating. Kind of slow, needed to update significantly for them to use multimedia.Updated, waited a day to see if the kinks were worked out, but still too slow. Ran some hardware checks against the Linux database and ended up running a bunch of live bootables. Decided on Linux mint, and the performance is way better.Haven't tried the windows version, but I assume it wouldn't run well given the Ubuntu version it came with was struggling.I'll update the review if it gets worse for any reason, but it seems to be running quite well after the OS swap.

N4020 4GB+128GB / Ubuntu :: 3 issues; no eMMC installed, Ubuntu Issues, ac sparks with power plug
Overall, I'm happy with this purchase so far. The box is quiet, no fan - very nice for a little linux backup machine. There are three issues as follows with the product I received.1. The 256G MMC was not soldered onto the board, instead a 256G M.2 SSD was installed in the expansion slot.I replaced the M.2 with a 1TB SSD for data storage, but lost out on the 256G MMC that was going to act as my primary linux installation drive. Instead, both linux and data on same M.2.2. The delivered Ubuntu install had two failures. First, the mouse was invisible making it very challenging to click menus. Second, the system would hang after a suspend timeout. It would not wake up for keyboard or mouse activity.I contacted support with a next day response on how to resolve, unfortunately I had worked in parallel to resolve the problem so did not try the solution. Basically, updates via apt were recommended. What I did was install Fedora 38, which seems to like the hardware just fine and suits my purposes.3. When plugging the transformer wall wart into power, I see momentary sparks on the tips with an audible crackle. I suspect this means the transformer is not going to survive very long, this is worriesome. I plugged it into two different power strips, both exhibited the same sparks.I have not decided how to proceed on this, I plan to plug the wart in before plugging the box into the dc supply in case the sparks get through. I may look for a new power supply solution.Another minor note, dont bother removing screws to take the bottom off nothing there. Instead, carefully pry up the top lid to access the M.2 SSD expansion. No screws involved.

Works as expected, good value
Purchased this Ubuntu version to do some light tasks, and it's working as expected. It is slow but as expected based on the CPU spec. The fan is a little bit noisier than other small form factor computer I've used, but not a big deal for my application.Initially had some stability issue, seems to be resolved now after upgrading Ubuntu.Good value in general if your expectation is right.

Good value
Works very well for the price. I have not been able to find any other Linux computer at anything near this price! For every day use like watching youtube videos it works well at 1080p. It is a bit slow for internet browsing the pages load a bit slowly but what do expect at this price?

Great little pc
Alright to begin to open this mini PC with either your fingernail or a flat head bit separate as shown in picture, on all 4 sides. Be careful when pulling off cover cause wifi & Bluetooth cables are attached to cover. This comes with the cable to add an a SSD, an available slot for ram as well. Now this is the weird part of the 1 I got, task manager says the original stick of ram is running @ 1600 as shown in picture but after running this command it shows other wise. I upgraded the ram & did work after buying 1 with 2400 as shown in picture. Now this is not for games, I don't think that even Minecraft can be played but I didn't get it for games. Opening both chrome or Opera (not at the same time) does lag but after a sec or 2 it stops & does respond. This would be with some low level computer usage.

. After using it and seeing the performance my window machine is looking weak
Easy to understand quick load nice inexpensive way to learnUmbutu Linux. Put it side by side and windows be lagging. So easy to use and understand. Small quiet can use TV as monitor and easily hide it or mount it to the TV it's so small
