Very permanent stickers that go on the OUTSIDE of the car.
Didn't end up applying these as intended, I don't want to deal with taking them off. We taped them up inside the window. It looks pretty bad, and we could have just printed something out for free.

I love these. I wish they still sold them. It is a Perfect way to let people know that you have a baby and need room to take in and out a carseat. I have had so many people ask where I bought this. It came in a pack of 2.
