This mosaic is an original piece of art, my design, choice of medium, colors and elements. Mirella in the Bathtub could be displayed in a bathroom, it has been constructed so it can stand steam, water or a humid environment. The mosaic is made mainly in stained glass but a few other media elements were used, such as beads, smalti, tempered glass, and natural stone like marble and stone chips. The mosaic piece is oval, 17.5" x 15", it is grouted and should be placed on a wall at eye level for the best viewing angle. If you wish you could frame it, or you could display it the way it is.
