The best of all worlds come together in the Ti.175. Its sleek, thin beam design and durable titanium and graphite construction make it a must have for club players. Unique over-sized cone shaped grommets allow maximum string elasticity, providing a trampoline effect for increased power with every shot.

Indisputably elevated my performance on the court.
Wanted to wait until I'd had a chance to really break this in and see how it played before reviewing. I'm writing this about 2 months after purchasing it and dozens of games. So I play with a small group of guys, some 1 v 1, some cutthroat. One guy I play with on a regular basis is fairly evenly matched skill-wise and we've been keeping a monthly win/loss score since January. Up until I bought the Head Ti.175, we were about breaking even; he'd win a month, I'd win a month. Usually the margin of victory was 3 or 4 games, sometimes tighter.Since buying this racquet, I have won about 90% of my games against him. The racquet really has been the only difference. I certainly haven't been taking lessons or getting any faster. Not bitten by a radioactive spider or injected with a super soldier serum. My midichlorian remains the same. The Head raquet is lighter than the one I was playing with before (an old Ektelon), probably newer strings help with the zing. The ball comes off with a lot more zip and there is definitely a wider sweet spot than I'm accustom to as some shots feel a little off on the strike, but they go where I want anyway. I had reservations about investing in this raquet, but none now. Worth every penny.

Good Racquet, Great Grip.
I've only had a chance to play 4 games but it's as good as advertised. I'm a C player in my 50's down from a solid B in the past, playing one day a week. I've been using a entry level racquet so this was a big upgrade. Weighted more in center than I thought but plays well for my style. I tend to play more strength than quickness. Good quality and a good grip. I bought a python grip but probably won't install it until I wear the OEM grip down. Stringed well such that I was able to get off some fast kill shots, reminiscent of my older playing days. I have a tendency to bang the walls at times and after reading some previous reviews I was concerned with shattering it on the first time out so I held back some. Seems solid though and I'm sure I'll get over that. My playing partner liked and may pick up one also. Overall I'm pleased and think it's a great value compared to some other higher end racquets.

This is a dog... and so is HEAD for no serious attempt at service.
UPDATE: It's 5 months later and HEAD has not done anything on the warranty claim. They have my money, my racquet and emails representing how lousy they are. grrrrPurchased Dec 29, 2021. The frame protector broke after four matches. No abuse, just a bad design. I reached out to HEAD for a warranty claim. I had to send it to them - no returning to Amazon. Sent it to them late January. No follow up from HEAD until I reached out to them to find out they approved the warranty replacement Feb 14th with the expected arrival time back to me IN JUNE!!!!! (They said that was an estimate but they didn't say which year). I suggested an alternate replacement racket or a refund... they didn't respond to that.Come to think about it... I bought some HEAD gloves that came apart at the seams. I'm not mailing those back. This sucks. HEAD sucks.

Good Overall
The Head Ti 175 XL is my second racquet to own. I was impressed by how light the frame is and yet still deliver a powerful shot and be durable. I have hit the side walls on occasion and its held its own. However like most other reviews I have seen, the guard on top of the racquet began to chip off (literally 45 min in on the first use) and the only downside that I see. The strings are not immune to breaking. I play 3-4 hours a week and the strings were 3 months shy of lasting a full year.

Great Racket
This is my fourth racquetball racket purchase. I've been playing for about 3 years, and typically break a racket anywhere from 6-12 months. In an attempt to buy a more sturdy racket, I purchased this titanium frame from head. I've been playing with it not 3-5 times a week and have noticed a few things:Pros:1. This racket feels lighter than air. It allows for very fast swing speed.2. The titanium racket is truly sturdy. I'm not an emotional player, but I have hit the racket against the side and back walls when attempting to return a ball, and it has so far held up very well.Cons:1. The strings feel cheap, almost like plastic. I've never had a racket long enough to restring, but I might go ahead and get this racket restrung with a higher quality string material.

A Solid entry-intermediate racquet
I got this racquet after playing on a few walmart wilsons from friends. If you're looking for a more predictable and faster racquet than what you started with, this is a really good deal.It should be noted that I'm no aficionado. I played tennis through jr. high and high school, and just started really getting in to racquetball about two months ago. I've been playing 4-6 times a week though, and most of that is because switching to this racquet allowed me to really start feeling what I was doing, just like buying a decent ($100-200) tennis racquet does.

Head 175
its a good racquet if you are looking for a little lighter weight with good balance feel.i have used more than 4 racquets and they lasted me 3-4 months because i swing hard. with this racquet it feels like i matured and every swing just goes where it needs to go so i dont have to swing hard anymore.like everyone said there is a common problem with this racquet having the top plastic broken off. thats true no doubt about it. i dont know why the company never attempted to fix this problem. other than that its a pretty decent racquet with a good feel in your hand

Lightweight and strong
A good racket for providing swing speed to dig the ball out of the back corners. The strings are tight and the grip reasonably tacky. A heavier racket would give more power to shots. It comes with a racket cover that has a handy zip pocket for small items.
