I use this product because it uses the highest quality ingredients, which supposedly make it more absorbable. I wonder, however, if a cheaper, OTC product wouldn’t be just as good.

Normally, I don’t pay much attention to a few negative reviews because there’s a lot of negative people. However I just ordered this product today and received it and I don’t even think I can get one or two of the capsules unstuck from each other and if I do, they’ll probably break open. Not sure what I’m gonna do with these, but it was a lot of money down the drainEdit I put them in the fridge and managed to manipulate them apart. However, something made me doubt the quality. I cut open two of them and it was like black motor oil which could be the shilajit based on what I read but the capsules barely have anything in them and I’m wondering if there really is CoQ10 and if so, how much. Think I’m going to toss these and call it a loss. Amazon really needs to protect us against bad quality products. As a side note, these have not expired but must have been left out in the sun or something not normal. I picked them up at my door the minute the driver drove away.
