Sinister Double Pack (Sinister/Sinister 2) [DVD]

We bought it knowing it was set for watching in the UK, but for others be aware!! You can’t watch it unless your media player is set to “3” for watching globally

One of the dvds wasn’t sitting right in the case and came scratched up.

They took a bit to come in, but it was worth the wait! They bother were in great condition! Sinister was one of the first movies to scare the crap out of me and I LOVE it. Great plot line!!! I know the 2nd movie gets a lot of crap but I enjoyed that one as well! I believed it had a great ending!

This isn’t about the quality of the movie, since I can’t even watch it. It’s region locked for some reason and did not alert me that a movie made in my country, marketed to my country, and shipped to my country, would not play in my country. Garbage.

Never read where this dvd wasn’t compatible with USA dvds. Stuck with it. Trash

delivered in prompt time. bought this in mind for someone as ivd already viewed before. a true crime writer elison oswalt uncovers film shots of his attic new home portraying massacre of houses previous inhabitants,but from that instant he noticed the film ,becomes ill fated mote like a curse likely to face unfortuate causes unleashing a ancient pagan deity who only purpose wreck havoc taking lifes. this flick might not set things alight,but satisfactory genre piece, slowly building tension,storyline okay, acting up to par, possibly bit on the slow,sedate side for my liking, some fearsome eerie quite chilling scenes. catches you off guard but i got the picture where this might lead to essential meaning or known twist substance. perhaos one of those films underated. the second instalmemt not has good

A writer finds a box of old 8mm films in the loft of a house he just bought (or rented?) They show families being murdered in different horrific ways. Who is behind the murders, and who is filming the murders is resolved in a completely unexpected way. Great final twist, I didn't see that coming.Sinister 2 is not such a great film as the first as the secret is now out, but it is well worth watching. To a certain extent, the ending has been given away early in the film, but how that is resolved is this film's final unexpected twist.

As a film to watch they are ok, but for me personally i found the second one much better, the first one is a little boring and not much action, but as least the second one made up for it, still watching the films in the second one, but its just more worthwhile :)

great boxset arrived in a slip cover with great art work,you get sinister 1 and 2 and at a decent price.the second one is the better of the two as it adds more to the story of what was going on in the first one.ethan hawke is in the first one as a writer who moves his family around due to him writing about murders that the police have not handled well.

Loved it second one better but well worth money
