I have a pair of Gamma Ray glasses that I found out only block 30% of light. I found out that these block 65% and all UVA/UVB so I use these in the evenings (after sunset) and my Gamma Rays during the day. They are AWESOME. I honestly do not understand how they are so cheap. I haven't tried Gunnar's but it would surprise me if there was an $85 jump in quality. For this price? Buy two. I legitimately fall asleep faster and am more peaceful in the evenings with these. It just feels right.
