This works great, I’m so pleased with this machine. I use it once a week. If you’ve never had this done please be careful and go at a low number. I use 55 but I’ve been doing it. My skin right after in a few spots will be red. (I’m also at 50) I can tell you your skin will just be so soft and you’ll see all your dead skin on the filter cover. Gross how much dead skin you have. You can pay a 150 or more for each season. This works great for me👍

My husband has gone to Dermatologist 4 times a year .. Quite Costly.. Using this at home is convenient and pays for for its self ..I have used on my son aswell. For black heads on his nose . They need more than washing.. this product dose the job in a couple of uses. Best part he didn't mind .. Make sure you read the instructions!

This item was defected one month after I purchased. I let the seller know and agreed for a refund. I did a claim with the bank and he lied and said I was fully aware of the cancelation policy which is has nothing to do with a cancelation. So they denied my refund i will never buy from this seller ever. I will throw item away since it doesnt work

I am sixty years old. My skin felt great after the first treatment. It removes dead skins so you can get rid of those pesky blackheads that are often hard to remove.I taught a class for a professional organization in Atlanta. A week later I get a call from a former co-worker in California. She says a student friend of hers wants to know how you keep your skin so youthful!

First use. Manual don’t have any cleaning instruction. Expensive machine should included all instruction. And also for set up the machine the pictures of oil filler it not the same as video. Kind of confusing.

My Skin: Pale, dry, sun-damaged, sensitive, prone to redness.This facial machine is solid and not some plastic knock-off made to imitate results you'd get from a professional microdermabrasion costing over $75+/session. This comes with everything you need for various levels of diamond microdermabrasion or air spraying your skin. The instructions are decent but I would advise watching one of the instructional videos provided on the Amazon page to better understand how to use it. The higher the number on the side of the diamond tips, the finer the grit (less rough) which is probably where you want to start. Starting too high can result in skin damage especially if your skin is new to this. I started with the lowest vacuum setting (5) with the finest grid (highest number) for a short time, which caused some initial redness but that was gone within an hour. I will continue with this grit but likely go a little longer the next time. I then used the air gun (vacuum setting = 5) which I filled the little reservoir with water and a few drops of liquid face serum (you can pick what you like for your own skin but stick to one that is more liquid so it mixes with the water), and sprayed my entire face with the water/serum mixture. I was surprised that I didn't need to refill the water/serum during the process, consider how little was in there. When I finished, I patted my face dry and applied a gel-like facial serum all over my face until bedtime, when I added a night cream. I stored the whole unit with the rack full of tips, etc. in a pretty basket on my closet shelf. I feel that having it ready-to-use and not requiring opening boxes/setting up the tips each time will have me using it more regularly. But I have to say that even after one use on the lowest setting/tip grid my skin feels incredible. Silky smooth and well-hydrated. I have dark spots from sun damage that I am anxious to see if this fades. I will work my way up to higher vacuum and/or rougher grit the next time I use it on those areas being cautious about not overdoing it in my haste. I couldn't be more impressed with the results after just one use though. This machine pays for itself after just a few sessions.

This machine looks very complex and difficut to use, but I found that by reading the literature and checking out the videos it really isn't bad. Once I felt ready to put what I learned into practice, it only took a few minutes to turn on the machine and get comfortable with it.Using the diamond head attachments to perform the actual microdermabrasion took a little getting used to but once I adjusted the intensity it was pretty comfortable. Afterward, I used the spray attachment to apply a mixture of water and a retinol serum to moisturize the deeper layers of my skin. That was a pleasant experience. The serum is not provided with the product, you have to provide one that you like, or you can just use water and follow up with your usual moisturizer.I used to get microdermabration done at a salon but doing it at home makes me feel more in charge of my skin (and my time), plus it saves me money. I'll be monitoring the results of my efforts as time goes on, and I'm hoping for the best!It's a nice machine.

The touch panel didn't work straight out of the box. I immediately returned it and bought a different brand. The styling is beautiful but I decided to stick with an old fashioned dial to adjust the suction. I don't want to be 12 months down the road and have the control panel fail and I'm stuck with it.
