No way this is 14 ga. 20 at best. Thick insulation but tiny wires.
This is crap. It’s cca not true copper. The description doesn’t state either so that’s to be expected. Packaging says California USA but country of origin is china. The wires themselves are freaking tiny. At best 20 ga.

COMPLETE RIPOFF!!! This product is 18 gauge wire!! Maybe the clear jacket "PLATINUM" lineup wire has proper amount of strands/thickness. This "GOLD" edition, however, When shown against another competitor supposedly THINNER 16GA wire...well, the picture speaks for itself. The fact that it is not pure OFC copper is not a deal breaker, but when you consider the complete LIE about the core thickness...you should be concerned, especially if you are powering high end speakers, or subwoofers.

Fake labeling and marketing
As you can see in photo anyone that has worked with wires you can see this is maybe 22guage. I ordered and as marked on the wire what is suppose to be 14guage. Soon as I picked up package I could feel no way this is 100ft of 14guage. Feel ripped off even at its cheap price.
