The fit is nice, no adjustments to fit the shoe.
I like the fit.veey comfortable.

Cannot remove sticky backing
Just like another 1 star review stated, the paper cannot be removed from the side of the pad. If there is in fact paper to peel off, neither my spouse nor I are able to find it to get it started. Maybe the pad words if you glue it or tape into the shoe, but there is nothing easy about peeling off the paper backing.

Great for on your feet jobs
Loved that it was so easy to sick on and it held all day. I am a wedding photographer and this was a life saver for me to be on my feet running around all day.

Foot pads for Morton’s Neuroma
I have a Morton’s Neuroma which flares us when I hike more than 4-5 miles. These pads, recommended by a podiatrist, greatly help and relieve any twinges, numbness or pain caused by the neuroma. I am thrilled to have found such an easy answer to, what was becoming a disability when hiking. I am back up to higher mileage now because of these pads. Definitely recommend these pads.
