Ingenious and powerful little device
If you have any cervical issues, this is powerful!. Just make sure to keep the electrodes lubricated or it will lose power. Amazon sells a lubricant, SILK, very nice… made from kiwi fruit, not sticky Very easy to use. Charge, lubricate electrodes,, put on neck, tighten, press the ON button, then, the .+ button to the desired pressure. I may get another to keep in the car. I’ve been dealing with a pinched nerve; numbness in this actually helps!

Lightweight and effective once you figure out how to use it
This neck TENS and heat unit is quite convenient to use. The rubberized neck strap is 34” long with an attached slider to tighten around your neck. There are two curved 1 7/8” long x 1” wide metal contact plates which you place directly against your skin. There is a “pendant” controller that is 1 3/4” tall x 1 7/8” wide x 1/2” thick. A long press on the power button turns on the unit. The upper front has an LED display showing the intensity of the pulses, which range from 0 – 9, which you change through the + or – buttons. Short presses on the power button changes the mode, between knock mode, knead mode, knock and knead mode, and then integrated mode. It automatically turns off after 15 minutes. A long press on the heat button turns on the heat, and you can cycle through three heat modes. You can use the heat alone, TENS alone, or use them both together.I find wearing adhesive TENS pads on my neck very difficult. The pads never seem to stay in place. This takes care of that problem. There is no need for ointments or creams to make this work. You simply place the metal electrode pads against the back of the neck, tighten the adjustment strap, and then turn it on. It works as well as a TENS unit. It stays securely in place and gives a treatment similar to my TENS. There are very few settings, but I find I only use the kneading mode on my TENS unit anyway. The heat works well. It is very gentle and even, providing additional relief for my neck pain. The instructions are fairly useless, but with some trial and error while reading the poorly translated directions I was able to find the settings I like. It recharges quickly and holds a charge well. It only weighs 2 ounces, and is easy to wear. It provides me good relief for my neck pain.

Works great, but worthless directions
I have used TENS units in the past and this electric pulse neck massager is similar in concept–it uses a small electric charge to tense and relax your muscles. This one is really nice, but the directions are ridiculous! I can usually pick out what needs to happen even when the directions on something are not so great, and I take off one star for poor instructions. This one–I pretty much have to mess around with all the buttons to figure it out, which can be a bit exciting when you are dealing with electric pulses, so I am taking off 2 stars and hope the company can, in the future, come up with better (much better) instructions! If the directions weren’t so poorly written, this would get 5 stars. The charging port is self-explanatory and it charges fairly quickly and holds the charge well too. Also, a caution–the electric pulses are pretty strong, so be aware and start with small numbers until you figure it out!

Nice, portable neck massage device. Heat feature. 4 massage modes, 9 intensity levels.
This is a lightweight pulse neck massager with three levels of heating. If you're familiar with EMS/TENS, you'll recognize the technology and operation. Massage is effectuated by the introduction of minute electrical signals which stimulate muscles; The muscles then twitch, corresponding to the stimulus pattern, thereby creating the massaging therapy. The product has a main control unit and two massage pods, fashioned together on a loop which also houses the connecting wiring. Both pods need to be in contact with the skin to function.Operations does require a slight learning curve. You need to understand how to access the four modes of massage (via presses of the power button while powered on). A long press of the power button, the bottom button in the middle, turns it on/off. Once you select a massage pattern mode, you can select the intensity by pressing either of the side buttons: left button increases intensity level, right side button decreases the intensity level. Above the power/mode button is the heat feature control. It has three wavy vertical lines, signifying heat. To help in identifying changes of mode, intensity and heating levels the display shows numerical intensity, 1 - 9, and color coding for mode and heating levels. The user manual states that it takes 2 hours to recharge the battery. I couldn't find the battery capacity, nor any information on expected usage timing. At a cost of $26, it's in the higher end of the price range for the product genre. Prices for similarly featured devices start around $10.The device does deliver the expected stimulus massage experience. I was surprised by the effective three levels of heating. Operation is somewhat easy and common sense; after a few tries, it's easily mastered. The cost is pricey, though. Based on these considerations and impressions, it rates 4 - 4.25 stars.
