These meat claws are hollow on the back side and as a result very difficult to clean. Skip these and look for something solid.

Does fine shredding chicken. Wish the design was a little different. The back side of these could hold food or season8ngs in it making it hard to clean. There are little crevices that will be very hard to clean them perfectly.

If you have carpel tunnel - you need these! I have bilateral carpal tunnel (carpel tunnel in both wrists) & these are a GAME CHANGER. Not only does it make shredding meat so much more quicker & efficient, but now I’m not struggling to grasp 2 fork handles for a lengthy period of time, taking breaks throughout because my hands grow numb & painful. I love to cook, but would avoid making anything that required pulling meat because it was just so painful.These claws have a good-sized handle to grasp with my whole hand which easily fits in the handle-area making it comfortable and easy to maneuver. From big jobs to small, these will easily get it done. Definitely changed my life in the kitchen!
