I've only 1 out of 15 become defective over the school year. For the defective unit, the company replaced it no questions asked.The only issue I have with these headsets is when the protective ear cover comes off. I cannot for the life of me "wrap" (the leather cover) back on the plastic part when students pick it off.Update 8/22/18: A quick disclaimer before I update this review. First, MAYBE 5 of the 15 units are defective OR my students did something to them. The problem I have now is on older PCs... the sound doesn't work. I'm testing these "defective" headphones on my own PC and/or cell phone and I'm discovering that they work, BUT only for one out of two sides or they're completely dead. As of now, 2 are 100% dead and 3 are 50% dead.
