Perfect fit and easy to install!Installing the new batteries only took a few minutes. In fact taking the old batteries out took longer because they had expanded to the point where they were wegged in and stuck.- No tools needed to replace the batteries (once you have removed the seat which had four Phillips had screws)- Comes with directions to connect the wiring harness to the batteries. It was the exact same as the batteries I was replacing. (Connecting the wires in all honesty was very easy they just slide right on and snap into place. This took less than a minute.)- The directions did not say how long to charge the batteries. So... we still had the original charger that came with our scooter. It has a light that turns green when the batteries are fully charged. Honestly I should s have payed more attention to how long this took but it was hours.- We have only had them for maybe a month so I cannot say anything about their longevity but the batteries seem to perform like the original onesOverall, the batteries where easy to install and so far have been working great.

I recently purchased a battery from Amazing because it had an attractive price, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. The battery arrived with a broken piece, which my neighbor, who happens to work with batteries, was kind enough to fix. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of my problems.After only a week or two of use, the battery stopped charging altogether. It became evident that the battery was defective right from the start. I can't believe I wasted my money on such a low-quality product.Frustrated, I reached out to the seller to seek assistance or a refund. However, their customer service turned out to be just as disappointing as the battery itself. They completely ignored my request for help, leaving me stuck with a broken battery and no solution in sight.It's incredibly frustrating to spend hard-earned money on a product that fails to perform its basic function. The fact that the seller didn't even bother to address my concerns or offer any form of resolution is simply unacceptable.I would strongly advise against purchasing this battery or anything from this seller. It's not worth the hassle, disappointment, and wasted money. Save yourself the frustration and find a reliable battery from a reputable brand or seller.

The. Barge in my Kiki razor scooter was not holding so I purchased this product as a replacement. I’m absolutely glad I did. The batter definitely last longer than the stock battery and seem to be more powerful. It’s something I would recommend.
