Wires are junk
Nice little slab but the wires don’t last unless you’re cutting soft cheeses only. I bought their replacement pack and had the same problem.

DO NOT ORDER THIS!
I received the first one dismantled and with a broken cutting wire, so I placed a return request. Before it was even returned, I received a replacement that was even worse than the original. I'm returning both of them and ordered a Norpro. I have other Fox Run products that I'm very happy with. This one was a big disappointing pain in the....

Great new kitchen gadget!
We had one of these years ago and found this. It's perfect! We prefer to buy blocks of cheese and can slice them to any thickness we want. It works great!
