Great little tool!
"Burping" a waterbed is a time consuming and sometimes wet/messy project. After many years of doing it the hard way I discovered this neat little tool. Easy to use, no mess and fast! Wish I had found it a lot sooner.

Expensive for what it is, but the results make it worth it!
Gotta admit that I was a bit disappointed when this arrived: "I paid HOW much for what seems like two plastic tubes?!" However, it makes burping our waterbed mattress way easier and it extracts almost all the air -- so much so that I haven't had to burp it for three months now! It's not especially sturdy so I hope it lasts, but it solves what can be an annoying problem for waterbed owners so it was worth it.

IT REALLY WORKS!!
I have had a waterbed of some kind since the 80's. As of now I have a California King waveless (new as of 2019) It is perfect but as any waterbed owner will know, They GET HUGE AIR POCKETS !! You have to remove them asap. They will stretch the vinyl and they are uncomfortable too! I have had a small plastic valve called a burp tool with my fill kit for many years. It is a pain in the ass to use! Getting my "XBOX" Gaming son to help is a project!! LOL We went to use it and the inner valve does not work anymore! NO ONE HAS NEW ONES!! I searched on-line plus Amazon for hours...then this Blue Magic plastic thing appears ...WELL IT IS MAGIC AND WORTH THE 27$ It was simple and does the job perfect!! My bed HAS NO BUBBLES !! LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! IT IS A MUST HAVE FOR WATERBED OWNERS!!

Cheap plastic, not worth the money
Although it does pump. It doesn't seal well enough the actually prevent air from back flowing. Tried it a few times and gave up.If I'm trying to massage the air out, this just gets in the way of the air leaving. If I'm pulling up on the mattress vinal to suction the air out, it lets more air in than it takes out.The two plastic tubes don't really have a smooth fit, so most of your work goes into friction, not moving air.

Worthless and too big
I found this to be worthless. The reviews that say you don't have to push the air bubbles to the opening doesn't make sense to me. You have to do that regardless. What is nice about a bleeder valve is that it holds the water in and let the air out as you push the air to the opening. So you can do it with just one person. As for this product. 1st, I was surprised at how big this thing is. You can't tell by the picture. 2nd, I had trouble getting the tool screwed onto the stem. 3rd, I just kept sucking up water with it along with the air and when you let go to get more bubbles, it leaked the air back into the bed. 4th, if you lift it up to pull the air out, then you have to push it down to start over. When I did that, it pushed the air back in the bed. Maybe I just got a defective one. It would be helpful if they would show a video of how it works, because I couldn't get it to work. My 30 year old Catch 5 Air Bleeder valve is tiny and still works great. I just wanted a 2nd one for the other opening that the newer beds come with.

Works.... but a bit finicky.
Don't screw it on too tight and go easy at it. Works pretty well for a one-man operation. If you have 2 people you don't need this, it's not worth the hassle.

WHERE WAS THIS PRODUCT 30 YEARS AGO?
I so wish I had found this sooner. My youngest child is now 17 and no one thinks it's fun anymore to help mom burp the waterbed. Well this till works way better than any of my kids, rolling back and forth, over and over again, every did. Read the directions and it works great. I also just use my hands and forearm to push the bubbles to the vent before I start and maybe twice during extraction and I can remove about 98% of the bubbles myself. I could probably get 100% but I am impatient. It only takes about 5 minutes. I highly recommend this.

Works, but don't expect it to be ez 1, 2, 3.
It helps, but not that much, it's awkward. The vacuum plunger and check valve pulls out of the cylinder if you're not *very* careful.I'd give two more stars if it had been built in a way the two parts didn't separate without intention.I do like it, but the cons and the fact that there are already other devices that do the same job, knock that neutral center star out.The price is way too high for what it is.I'm a bit disappointed at best. I may get a video up showing it off, but since it left me needing the wambulance I'm not enthused about doing one.
