I liked how easy it is to just add the ingredients and wait a few moments for the mix to combine.The downside is I’m still adjusting to learn how to press the seamless mix button

I usually don't write reviews but after reading all the negative reviews I was prompted to write this one.I've had it since April 2023 and use it twice a day.Is the on button difficulty to use? Not really because I only have trouble with it when the cup approaches the time for it to be recharged.Is it difficult to clean? No, but because of the magnetic spinner I always clean it over my plate I just used for my meal. Have I ever lost it? No, but I'm just cautious.The charge for me lasts about a month with my twice daily use. I plug it in after my last use of the day and let it charge overnight and I'm go to go for another month.Does it mix ingredients well? My creamer and sugar, yes very well. My matcha powder, nah not so well but I've learned to fill the cup halfway and mix then stop and run my finger around the edge of the liquid to incorporate the matcha powder that likes to stick there. Some people would complain this is too much to do, but really not it only takes a second and the finger easily cleans with just warm water.Overall it has worked great, and I'll admit I don't use is gently. Plus I came to the site to order a second to take with me when I travel, just in case something happens.

I absolutely love this cup. I drink a mushroom blend coffee. It’s a powder and needs to be mixed with hot water and I use 100% maple syrup to sweeten it a little bit, I never have to use another spoon to mix my coffee up!! Love this cup! No issues after having it for a couple months, battery last a long time so no having to charge all the time 🙌🏻

I purchased a mixing mug before and I liked it for the time it came out because it was innovative. But over the years cleaning taking the little propeller out it just became a hassle and also it never fit in my cupholders in my car this new one perfect no complaints. The problem might occur if you put ice in it. It will knock the little mixing pill off of the magnet, so be aware and mindful other than that fast shipping, perfect product can’t complain my go to cup!

Positive: Keep the temperature and the mixer is quite strong and efficient.Negative: But the lid doesn’t seal 100%, the water leak.. And the button on/off is activated easily when washing/cleaning the glass.
