Great product, excellent customer service.
I bought a different USB C Hub from another company because it was a $20 or so cheaper, but it didn't work. So returned it and caved to pay for this one. It has worked great, and I've recommended it to friends with new Macs. I also mistakenly bought 2, and returned the 2nd one. The customer service experience for that was pleasant and helpful.

Exactly the thing you need, looks great too
I'm not sure why newer laptops provide fewer and fewer ports. Fortunately the Sinstar Hub is all you need for all your peripherals. It looks very cool too. I'm using it with a new Lenovo Yoga 920 with Windows 10. Works great.

Great except for dodgy Ethernet port
Kick ass product - my only issue is you have to unplug and then plug in Ethernet cable in order for it to work with my 2018 MacBook Air

severe noise with Dell Monitor through HDMI
I have been using this product for a year on my Mac book. It worked well and it started having trouble with Dell Monitor through HDMI. Monitor is extremely noisy and eventually I cannot use it. It seems connection has an issue and I have switched to "ENKLEN USB C Hub" product and everything works beautifully. What is proves is the severe noise in the Dell Monitor through HDMI is not from either cable or monitor, Macbook but, solely this product.I tried to return and get new one considering sample-to-sample variation but, return is not allowed. Very disappointing to see this low reliability.

Drops ALL connections every 5-30 mins after 1.5 years of use
I have two of these and many coworkers have them as well. Mine started dropping ALL connections every 5-30 mins after 1.5 years of use, ethernet, HDMI, USB, everything. Several other coworkers have had these stop working after a few years as well. I would spend your money elsewhere since it only has a 1 year warranty.

Great product UNLESS you need the Ethernet port
I purchased this particular hub primarily because it included the Ethernet port. Unfortunately, unless you run power to this hub, the Ethernet port does not work (confirmed by the seller.)(And if you do run power to this hub to make the Ethernet work ... then your 15" MacBook will go dead because there's not enough juice left to charge it, as many other reviews have said and the manufacturer agrees with.)So basically I'd need to spend another $50 minimum (third-party) to get a charger just to power this hub to make the Ethernet port work. No thanks.Great, quick response from seller, and outside of the charging/power limitations, it seems top-notch = 4 stars.

The only issue is I cannot charge the computer when is attached, otherwise it works great.
