I opened the bottle and pulled the cotton out and a poof of red powder blew out. It startled me at first and then I sneezed...paranoid with all that is going on in the world; I realized it was the pepper thank goodness. However, several of my capsules were busted so I dumped the bottle to clear out the powder, I lost over a week of capsules.Not happy about that.I've only taken one pill so far; need a few more weeks to determine if it is going to help or not.

I will use it for a bit longer to see all the benefits but about 5 capsules were broken, so lost out on a couple of days.

Did not notice an effect from it.

Great product

Poorly made gel caps. Several of themCame apart in the bottle and made me cough and sneeze every time I opened it. Because if the house over all the other caps swallowing it was difficult. I did not get anywhere near the results promised.

I have been using supplements since I started working out 13 years ago. I’ve always been able to put on size quite easily partly due to genetics. However, getting lean is a different animal in itself. I had been searching for a healthy alternative to artificial ways to increase lipolysis. Capsicum is widely understood to increase the body’s heat which is indicative of increased metabolism. The issue was a delivery system that didn’t irritate your digestive system when you virtually are consuming tons of peppers. This products inclusion of capsimax is a godsend. My stomach has not been irritated, but I feel that sweet sweet heat kick in about 20-30 minutes after ingestion lol. It’s beautiful. Thank you all. You make cardio so much more worth while. ✌🏽

Tried one bottle and then bought a second just to give it a fair chance. I know sometimes it takes more than one bottle to start to see results for anything......I am now 3/4 done with second bottle and ZERO difference. I have tried every "new" thing out there and this is yet another hype product from a no name company looking to make a buck and will be gone tomorrow. So disappointing. I hate big government but the supplement industry really, really needs to regulated by the FDA. Only then will all these garbage products and claims disappear.

Since I started taking Meta-4 I went from 190 lbs to 167lbs in 2 months by restricting diet and working out 5-6 times a week. I've tried a few different fat burners, but this is the only one where I can actually feel the effects. When you take Meta-4, prepare to sweat a lot more... I'm talking shirt completely drenched after the workout. They advertise this product as a "metabolic enhancer" and I think that's what it's doing. It's raising my body temperature, and I feel like I'm burning more calories. Will definitely buy again, 5/5.

Doesn’t do anything. Don’t waste your money. Just eat a healthy diet, don’t eat sugar, don’t eat starchy carbs like pasta, and fill up on vegetables not fruit.
