Well, the other reviewers were accurate. I own other Eddie Bauer flannel sheets that are soft and heavenly. and these sheets are NOT. It's like they missed the 8-stage softening process and went straight to the packaging process. It's night and day different. Very disappointing. Take my advice and skip these.

I am confused. All of these people who wrote reviews... are they not familiar with flannel sheets or did I receive a defective set.? The one thing I LOVE about winter is getting to use all my flannel sheets(and I have quite a few sets) These were so cute that I had to buy one more. I washed them first and used fabric softener. I do not understand how several of these reviews state that they are soft. They are not soft at all. Especially in comparison with all of the other sets I own. I am so very disappointed. This is my first review if that tells you anything.

I purchased 4 sets of these sheets and washed them all.The Edgewood was perfect and soft with little pilling or fluff . This was packaged in its own little bag and made in Pakistan.The Montlake set pilled terribly, had mountains of fluff and felt very coarse. This was wrapped in a ribbon with a label only, and was made in Mexico.Two totally different qualities.The ones in a fabric bag are amazing and Eddie Bauer quality...the others ?..well they are awful and being returned.I think this is why some reviews are bad and the reviewers cannot understand why so many others love these sheets.

These are super soft and warm for winter. The entire family loves em, including the dog!

These are not quality at all. I got the queen and they don't fit quite right, kind of like they are the seconds. and then after 3 washes it started to fray and is now falling apart (will upload pictures shortly). Was really disappointed as the reviews were quite high but it's a lot of money to spend on a crappy item. I got some $30 sheets from Costco that were waaaayyyyy better.

There must be two versions of these sheets being sold. It's the only explanation for the difference in the 5-star reviews and the set I bought. When I first opened the package, they felt so coarse that I went back and read the reviews. There were a few bad ones, but mostly high ratings. I thought washing them might bring the nap up, but no. The pillow cases seemed nice and soft but not the sheets. I returned them and bought a set by Genteele, which were lovely.

These are the nicest and softest flannel cotton sheets I have ever purchased. I thought with the name Eddie Bauer they would be real expensive but they are better and cheaper than others I have purchased. If you love flannel sheets, you will absolutely love these. They fit perfectly and go on so easily and quickly. They are made big enough that you don't have to fit to get the corners on. There is a little tag on the side seam showing the side. I have washed them several times and they always come out nice and soft with no fading or shrinkage. An added bonus is; when you purchase them they come in a flannel bag made out of the same material with a flap and two big buttons. I kept the bag and put the fitted sheet in it after I wash and dry them before I put them on the shelf in the hall closet till I use them again. Folding fitted sheets is a horror, this bag is perfect for the fitted sheet. I recommend these sheets to everyone wanting high quality flannel sheets.

I would give 10 stars! Absolutely excellent sheets! I had been searching to find flannel sheets that are the same quality I used to get years ago. I still have a pair that I bought 9 years ago and it's holding up well. Unfortunately, it's difficult to find the same quality these days. First, I bought another brand that was more expensive but I returned it because it had a strong chemical smell and it was thin with some "fuzz" to make it feel soft. Then I looked at stores but could not find something I liked. I did find a pair of Eddie Bauer sheets that I liked but they were out of the queen size. So, I searched on Amazon and I found these. I was hesitant because of the low price and the fact that I had returned a previous order of flannel sheets. I'm glad I ordered them! No odor and they seem well made. I always wash in warm/hot water and they were fine. The first time I washed them there was a little more lint than usual on the drier filter but not much. No pilling. I wish they made them in more colors, including solid.

This are excellent quality, soft flannel sheets that will be lovely and cosy to use when the weather gets cooler. I can't wait to use mine but at the moment it's late August and still very mild at night so if I used them now I'd probably get far too warm. 😕 Still, they give me something to look forward to using when autumn does roll around! I got my set for only £15, which is a crazy bargain, so I'm a happy camper.

Absolutely love these sheets. Only slight issues is that I ordered people on ski's but they sent me dogs on ski's. I want to order another set but really want the people on ski's this time. Would have been 5 stars if the pattern had been correct.

I was looking for a good quality flannel sheet set and I ordered this as I have known the brand for years. I am still using it but the bottom sheet has gone a little nobbly. Needless to say I am still using it.

Every winter I purchase a new set of flannel sheets. I have spent upwards of $300 on sheet sets that I thought were going to be warm and soft but I’m always disappointed. This year I purchased the Eddie Bauer sheets for under $100 and they are by far, the best flannel sheets I have ever bought. After washing them, they’re super soft, warm, thick and snuggly. There is absolutely no reason to spend hundreds of dollars on flannel sheets anymore, look no further than these outstanding sheets. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These are really nice, good quality, cosy and distinctively patterned (at least for the UK!) sheets. I can highly recommend!
