My year old daughter got this for Christmas and loved building the different items in the box.

LEGO dots ... this really surprised me as it is completely different from the usual LEGO building bricks. These come as flat bricks in varying sizes, shapes and colours ... it is basically a craft set which supplies everything you need to build a 2 drawer desk tidy, picture frame, note holder, 2 bag tags and a sticker patch.This set features 10 Mickey and Friends Deco tiles which can be used to decorate the above items.My 7 year old granddaughter absolutely loved this set she took a lot of time and enjoyment creating her unique 2 drawer desk tidy and her picture frame. She has yet to complete the other items.The instructions are clear and easy to follow, also everything provided is of good quality as you would expect from LEGO.The price is a bit on the steep side however as this is a fairly new range from LEGO, I'm sure overtime the price will come down.Recommended

Seriously, who thought up these things. The lego dots annoy the life out of me, basically because I always find them all over my floor. The good thing is that unlike the bricks, these aren't some sort of medieval torture device if you stand on them! My daughter is 7 and she loves all things lego, including these, she's not big on designing things herself but will happily follow the instructions to produce something resembling what's on the box.
