In my experience, the Friends of Meditation oil has a pleasant, calming scent that is not too overpowering. I've struggled all my life with a sinus problem and had to get something to relieve my congestion and headaches and this oil actually helped alleviate the discomfort a lot.I think it might be one of the very few oils I've tried that has actually worked for me so I'm definitely going to come back to this.

The product was very soothing. I used it while taking a bath and mixed with the hot water, the evaporated steam provided me with a cool and calming feeling. After using it for a couple of days, I can say that it also made me more relaxed so that i slept better

I got a product called Dream Land from Smell Lab in Singapore , this is nothing compared it. Average, the smell is not pleasant and is not long lasting

From the long experience of using aroma and essential oils, I have found this product useless. Very poor aroma.

I've been using this for almost a month and I can easily say that this has helped me so much especially during my exam time. It's so calming and relaxing and has definitely helped me with my examination anxiety. I've also used it for massage and will definitely recommend it!

It's more like a balm. Not recommended as a room freshner
