Good.Note that 40hrs backup is for music only. For calls, it is <10hrs. Which is still pretty good.Voice cancellation is so-so. If quiet room, voice calls are clear.Great battery backup

Rusting made the warranty void.
Rusting appeared within six months on and inside the charging port. This is due to poor build quality only. I have used other neckbands without even protecting cover on the charging port. But even if it has it, sweating caused rusting in the place. Now left side of the neckband is delivering inconsistent sound, sometimes going off and on with movements. But the service centre refused to take it for replacement as the IPX6 rated product is found out to be rusted and they don't accept that. Even another n11 which my parents use has already gotten rust on it.I had no problem with sound quality or battery backup or fitting. But the reliability of the product for even one year usage is horrific.

It is a new product and like many of you i also had my doubts regarding the same but i am so glad I took the decision of buying the same.It has got all the specifications seeing the budget i must say it is the best in the marketPros-1. Awesome product by lava but eartips quality very avg.
I have bought this for my father, he is very happy with the product however, I used it and had almost 4 hours of calling experience and only two cons I have.1. Auto switch on/off feature would have made this product excellent. (using magnets)2. Its eartips are very avg, my ears started paining in just an hour of call with my clients.Rest features are top notch. None of my clients complaint to me on audio quality they getting over calls.Good Job Lava!!
