Really pretty and would probably be great but arrived with broken chain

I was able to go 3 days without vaping. Helped me get the sensation of inhale/exhale.Looked very nice and good quality.Unfortunately I couldn’t stay vape free :(

I received the necklace a couple of days ago, so I won’t speak to long term durability or function, but I am so pleasantly surprised with the quality of the necklace out of the box.For such a low price and the fact that there are a lot of similar listings for similar products, I didn’t have high expectations, but I am very pleased with what I got; the cylinder pendant is a solid, heavy piece that is cleanly made, and the chain is a nice, sturdy but elegant box chain style with a lobster claw clasp.I am very happy with this purchase so far, and will be looking to see if this company has other products I might be interested in.(I bought the rose gold style.)

This product helps with breathing exercises to help with anxious feelings. It works well to help refocus attention to ease the anxiety.

What more can I say it's the best necklace that I've ever had friends I just simply blow in-and-out of it as if you're using a bag or sticking your head between your legs I loved it so much I bought it for my daughters and I loved it miss it all definitely worth a buy.

I bought this based on good reviews, not really for stress reliever , but to help quit smoking. Did absorb nothing for either one
