Nice size and not much fat and at a good price too compared to many leading supermarkets out there. Did them in the air fryer with olive oil and salt and pepper. Put a dab of garlic butter on top and they were ace.

The media could not be loaded.
This is not beef steak, the meat is very white resemble pork! If it was beef it would be darker in colour. Meat came out white after been in grill pan and seasoned with salt and pepper.
