Great product

I believe this product really did boost my immune system. I was protected from catching a cold,when some members of my family were sick with a cold. I didn't get sick. I recommend this product. I will buy again.

Dislike size of the capsules and the aftertaste but suppose it does what it is supposed to.

This is somewhat cheaper than other more well known brands. I like the flavor on this product better.

This supplement provides a good blend of ingredients to help boost the immune system yet I would like to see more.First, I would like to see a full gram of Vit C per dose. My preference is for the ascorbic acid form as it has been demonstrated to peak multiple times in the blood per dose, while the buffered form (as is provided in this supplement) only peaks once. However, the buffered form is usually much gentler on the stomach.The dose of Zinc is on the low side compared to what I look for, and I would like to see it beefed up a bit.The Vit D is in the more easily absorbed D3 form and provides a good amount. This needs K2 as well since it is needed to absorb Vit D.It's great that elderberry is added to this supplement. I used to grow my own for a while to make tinctures to use during cold and flu season. Nice to see it in a blend like this along with ginger.Over all this is a pretty good combo. I will be adding more Vit C and zinc to what is provided here

For years my family has been using elderberry for colds and flu. Traditionally it's used at the first sign of a cold or flu to lessen duration of illness. For the last couple of years because we couldn't get to the farm where we get our elderberries and our fresh honey for colds and flu we resorted to over the counter sambuco and elderberry liquid. It worked so it's nice to know it can be taken in pill form if wanted. This product goes a few steps farther by adding all the other immune boosting supplements. My husband works with airplanes so he's inside and outside. He simply can't be sick. This is the perfect immune system booster for him. He rarely gets sick because all these supplements he has been taking independently. It's nice it's all put together in one. We still have the fresh elderberry syrup on hand for possible illness but this is a terrific start. It will help you to acclamate to the seasons. Definitely recommend.
