Comfy for two-hand usage
16kg is just about right to start with. Coming from heavier dumbbells and bars, a 16 kg kettlebell may seem not much at first, but wait till you do 3–5 sets of 10–12 reps each ;) It also targets wider variety of smaller muscles which aren't engaged at all when doing most of the dumbbell and bar stuff.

My 20kg lump of cast iron was lovingly wrapped in several layers of polystyrene and then encased in a double thickness cardboard box, which itself was cocooned in a absorbent layer of crumpled up cardboard before being securely packaged in yet another bigger box. Arrived without a scratch!
