Vitamatic Apigenin 50mg – 120 Vegetarian Capsules Plant-Based Flavonoid for Cellular Health, Relaxation & Healthy Aging

Been on these for about a month following some advice from Dr. Andrew Huberman. I'm noticing an improvement in my sleep for sure!120 is a great amount and I won't be running out anytime soon. Price is great.

Effective for helping with a sleep

I have been purchasing other apigenin supplements for generally cheaper prices. However, I got this heavily discounted through the Vine program. The quality of Vitamatic seems fOK, but I do feel that apigenin itself is rather marginal.I am in my 50s, and I workout regularly. I've tried so many supplements, it's crazy, and most do nothing except lighten your wallet. One of my favorite websites is Examine, and the research suggests that this may have a weak effect on increasing testosterone, reducing estrogen, and reducing cortisol. There is more possible evidence that it helps with sleep and glucose metabolism.However, some of these effects are not at one 50mg capsule per day. It works out to me taking 20 capsules per day. Even at this level, I would say that any effects are mild if any (possibly placebo). This makes this a rather expensive supplement which I wouldn't buy at full price.

Tried about everything. Don't know how, but this works far better than most sleep aids.
