Fantastic burger smasher
Wow, this burger smasher is fantastic. I have already used it twice on the day of purchase. I used for cooking bacon on the griddle. It helped to cook it even, flat and crispy. This is due to the food grade quality heavy weight stainless steel (I looked at several others and decided on this one. I chose against cast iron due to rusting/cleaning issues.)I also used it to smash burgers. It made a great job of that too. It is easy to clean and store. I cannot recommend enough. Already looking forward to next BBQ season.
