Awesome
These make my life sooo much easier. I am not a good cook or baker so anything that makes these tasks easier is a must for me. I love macaroons but have dealing with them sticking onto parchment paper and them never being the same size. Using the silicone mats not only makes them look more uniform but also prevents them from sticking to the pan. The mats are also super easy to wash and are totally reusable, which means no more buying parchment paper for me. Also, you could totally use this for any cookie - not just macaroons. I'm really happy I bought these and would highly recommend these to absolutely anyone

Great quality non-stick silicone mat.
I have used the silence baking mat for preparing dough and baking food. It worked great. It replaces parchment paper and greasy sprays when used it in the oven for baking frozen food from Costco. I did not observe burning at bottom of the food anymore, compared with baking on parchment paper. This non-stick mat is easy to clean and dry. I also like that the mat has measuring scale along the side. I would recommend this product!

Highly recommended for beginners and experienced bakers.
Excellent product for making a French classic. Fits standard baking sheets, easy to clean, easy to store and the option of making different sizes for different occasions. Very happy with this product and highly recommended for beginners and experienced the same.

I really like this mat
I really like this mat, it works great for macarons. It's nice an this which I've found is better than the thicker versions. The template is nicely spaced too. I bought a higher end macaron mat from Williams Sonoma and if my batter is the least bit loose, they run together and stick. I've ruined more than a couple batches of macarons that way (but then I just eat the shells, so it's not such a tragedy).

Way too close together
Two mats come in one order - good. However, they are thin but seem fine. Template is way too close together so defeats the purpose because you either have to space the cookies further apart or create a template of your own. Easy to wash. Recommend using parchment with template.

Love it!
We got Mittelain silicone cupcake liners a few months ago, my daughter and I loved it. So, when they came out with silicone baking mats, we just went ahead and got some. My daughter had started baking French macarons. We have used other baking mats but the macarons came out undercooked and part of the shells still stuck on the mats. We had to change recipes to add more egg white, which made it taste too eggy and not enough almond taste. Or we had to bake longer, which made the top of the shell overcooked. Or we had to use parchment papers, which can be used only once. We wanted something reusable. With these Mittelain baking mats, we could bake with our recipes and the shells come out perfect. Since we are not yet experts when it comes to piping skills, the circles on the mats really help. We also tried macaron recipes on their website and took them to a potluck party. It was an instant hit.

Large, lots of circles, get the job done
I bought these because they were the more affordable option on Amazon, and came with the most amount of circles, plus it's two mats and not just one. I've been using them for French macarons (amateur status) and they've been pretty good. Of course they change the way heat transfers and I'm still trying to figure out the right temp and time combo with these mats to get the right bake. Looking like a lower temperature for a longer period of time, or else they undercook in the bottom center. You do have to wait for the shells to cool in order to remove them easily, but once they're cool they come off this mat cleanly. The mats are easy to clean, too, and with gentle washing I haven't had any issues with the ink fading. Definitely make sure you own the right size pan and that said pan fits in your oven. I bought a new pan, too, to fit these mats, and the oven barely closes, haha. Anyway, I would recommend these!

I needed something that would help me to pipe the batter better. Found these mats
I consider myself to be a novice when it comes to making macarons. I needed something that would help me to pipe the batter better. Found these mats. Liked the design and decided to get them. Best decision ever. I tried the recipe on their website. Every single macaron shell easily came off the mat and very cleanly. I was so stoked!!! And the macarons tasted so good... ( I went with cream cheese filling recipe on their website. )
