Good text but watch out about online codes
It's a well-designed instructional text. It serves its purpose. HOWEVER the online class/exam thing is problematic, they sold out of the texts with BOTH online class code access AND the online voucher you need to take the test, this copy had ONLY the test voucher. It cost me $90 for the online code access from the Pearson company. Please be aware of this and be sure about what you are buying and what you need to complete your class.

Book for hospitality class and Servsafe certification exam
Perfect for the class I needed. It was new, and it included the online code for the certification test. At the end of each chapter there is a summary, short answer questions and practice quizzes. The practice questiones were great in preparing me for my class quizzes. Also , the answer key is provided.

Missing pages
The book was new and did have the voucher but was missing the introduction, chapter 1 and sections 2.1,2.2 for chapter 2. I am unable to return due to the fact I don't have time and my class has started. I am hoping that my teacher is able to help me out with the missing pages.
