Great looking machine in black. It seems to have a few great features but I haven’t used them yet. The actual vacuum feature is what I came to review. It seems to do a better job than my previous vacuum that requires me to operate. The machine is easy to use and it very quiet too, which is a big perk!

The media could not be loaded.  I love that it mops! The vacuum is good for surface cleaning only. The suction area is small (maybe 3" x 2" )and the dirt holder is also small (maybe 3" x2"). I've never owned a robot type vacuum before so I can't compare it to others. Ivthink it might beva little on the noisyv side. We have to turn up the btvb when it's runnung but it's va soothingvsound. It's not annoying by any means. I love how it docks itself when it's battery goes low. It also earns you off is on trouble, like of it has something wrapped around is wheels or has gotten stuck. It is the perfect heights to bridge itself under my dishwasher but that's really the only movement issues it's had. It is gentle on myvbasebosrds too it b didn't really run into things. It had a sensor and v tend to turn before it runs into an object. I got this one on sale so I definitely feel i got my money's worth. It's super helpful for this busy single mother. Thank you.

Really like that is does mopping and vacuum. Not noisey, easy to use. Like the app that I use while I’m not at home. Durable and moves good.

The times that we have used it, it seems to do a good job and we have a dog that sheds.

We are new to the robot vacuums and wasn't sure what to expect. We did not use the bluetooth because of our privacy concerns and I can see how essential the bluetooth would be. The bluetooth allows for mapping of your home and allows the vacuum to know where it's going and get all spots. Without the bluetooth, it seems lost and misses spots and goes over some area multiple times. This affects the mopping especially since it went into different rooms and "mopped" the rugs so if we were to do mopping again, would need to block off rooms which is probably normal with or without bluetooth. Another thing we did not think about are cords though listed in the manual. Shoe strings need to be inside shoes and all cords that are on the floor and when vacuuming with a corded vacuum we avoid. Back to the mopping-it really is a light washing. Its not as good as with a mop by hand or the best on-the-knees scrub. It doesn't suck the water back up so really its moving the dirt around. Lastly, I have to return this due to three things; my unwillingness to allow bluetooth for a better vacuum; the moving of dirt called "mopping"; and last my daughters and I have long hair and it gets caught in the brissels so I have to pull it out frequently.

I bought this vacuum spur of the moment since I needed a vacuum and it has been a great purchase. I love it and it gets the job done.
