I'm so glad I found this steamer ring- it's made such a difference in how I use my bamboo steamer at home. I love making dumplings and bao, but I always struggled to find the right setup that didn't involve awkward balancing over a wok. This ring solved everything.

I have very little room to store cookware, this gives me a steamer option without having to purchase another pot.

Does the job, and just fits our steamer and pot. One of the edges is a little sharp, and it’s thin and light, so I feel it’s perhaps a little over-priced. But there aren’t a lot of options that I found to ship next day.It does have one nice feature—engraved on one side of the ring is: THIS SIDE UP or something similar.

I love that this allows me to use my bamboo steamer on any pot that I have. Very good quality and sturdy. I have used it many times and no rust. Recommend.

If you use different pans or have a gas stove you need this to protect the steamer. This works great.

I also got some bamboo steaming baskets, this sits on top of the pot with boiling water and holds the baskets above the boiling water so they get all the steam and don't sit in the water. Not required but a nice inexpensive item to have when steaming.
