Delicious however did the recipe change ? It doesn't seen like it was cured like I'm used to. It looked very fresh not wrinkled, dried and hard. But very delicious non the less.

This is the standard by which other pepperoni is measured. It has been around long before pepperoni was the #1 pizza topping in the USA. There are better but you would be hard pressed to find them at a reasonable price.

Hi there, The pepperoni is great but I 'm a little weirded out that the 10 pack was not a sealed package like in the picture. They were Saran wrapped in bundles of two.But the taste of the pep is great.
