This is cute sitting on my counter. But it’s LOUD and small. Does not shut off by itself so you have to guess when you think it’s hot enough. This is more a cute novelty piece than an actual appliance.

I was disappointed that it doesn’t shut off when finished. Cocoa is just warm after letting it heat up for 8 minutes. Will return

The media could not be loaded.  It heats slowly. It doesn't really froth, just mixes a bit, which adds some foam but not froth. This needs a higher heater and a much stronger blender to do what it claims to do. It looks cute on the counter and the kids like the idea of it, but save your money. You can make cocoa and then put it in your blender for the same (and likely better, as my blender is faster than this) effect.

I have a Cocomotion from years ago and wanted to upgrade bc this one was prettier sitting on the counter. The Cocomotion shuts off when the water or milk and mixture is blended and hot enough but this one doesn't. You just have to guess as to when to shut it off and at that point you've already scalded your milk or gotten it too hot. It's just sitting in my cabinet now and I'm using the Cocomotion again instead.

Nothing wrong, just decided not to use for the purpose needed.

My mom loved getting this as a christmas gift when her Mr. Coffee one died.

This thing is super loud! I've had several other got chocolate makers but this is by far the loudest. I would return if I could!
