Here is why I just ordered my second bottle. Every night around 3-4:00 ( AM ) my right knee would start aching which of course would wake me up. After finishing the first bottle I can say that my knee is not waking me up in the early hours. The first 3-4 days I took 2 capsules rather than the suggested 1 capsule. I also think I may have a little less stiffness in the knee which I appreciate. I am hopeful that there is a cumulative affect and the longer I take it things might improve a bit more. At 71 years of age, I wasn't expecting any miracles. Each bottle also comes with a sample of the Synodrin Arthritis & Muscle Pain Relief Gel. I rather liked the gel and ordered that and use it several times a day as well. According to myx-rays I have only a small amount of arthritis in the knee. I also do knee exercises most every day as suggested by a physical therapist when I came down with patellar tendonitis (jumpers knee) a few months back. Note that I do not have pain in the knee, it is mostly stiffness and the aching doesn't usually manifest itself unless I am lying down.

This is the first pain reliever that I find works. It works so well with my arthritis pain I don't want to take a test break. The buy again was for 2 bottles. They only sent 1. Will not buy from them again.
