This has a modern design and was easy to install. We ordered and had it delivered quickly. Instructions were easy to follow.

Product is very good, instructions were confusing or incorrect. The connector bolt did not have threads to allow shorter adjustment. The installation of the connector hanger did not show 2 pieces, a front and back, as a result, when I stalled the front bracket I didn't include the back bracket. Only found the back bracket after completing the entire installation. The end caps have no predrilled holes in the track so unable to attach without drilling through the rail.An FYI, make sure you have enough space to slide door into the track.

Purchased for a new house and due to building delays did not take out of box for installation until after return period expired. Overall the product is NOT well made and not heavy duty as advertised! The rollers appeared to be black and as soon as they were taken out of the box they all flaked and the paint started falling off. The paint falls off and continues to clog the rail and prevents the door from smoothly riding on the rails - not to mention it makes a mess on the doors anytime moved. The paint also got into what was advertised as ball bearings and now jerks when moved. We are stuck with the doors due to the installation of the proprietary mounting brackets.Don't make the same expensive mistake we made - this is a scam of a product and wish I could get my money back!

Pros: the hardware is solid, doors slide smoothly, seems like it will last (save for the bottom cheap plastic door guides).Cons: adjusting the door height and level is a long and tedious process that involves complete disassembly, taking your best stab at it, and reassembling to see if you guessed correctly. I re-engineered it to work differently, and that's fine for my outdoor shed application, but wouldn't be pretty in your living room. Instructions are complete crap.

I got these up on a new backyard shed only to discover that I need another set of door hangars, but I can't find a way to get them from the company. It seems silly that a 12' rail would come with only one set of door hangars (that hang only one door). Who puts only one door across a 12' span?The hardware seems solid and was relatively easy to install once I deciphered the instructions (which took longer than the actual installation). The instructions were so poorly written and the drawings were so unclear it was a challenge to figure out how to mount all the hardware properly. This is probably one of the reasons I didn't realize I was missing a second set of door hangars until getting the first door mounted. It works nicely, but obviously having only one door to cover a 12' span isn't sufficient.Hey, Smartsmith! Add some additional ordering options to your store for individual pieces like door hanagers!
