First of all, these are not super high end cell watches. The touchscreen works fine, the games are limited, GPS accuracy is questionable, and the texting keyboard is painful to use, but my 9 and 11 year olds don't seem to mind. They each have gotten good enough at texting, and I love being able to get ahold of them anytime I need to. Works great with SpeedTalk Wireless's 5/month smartwatch plan in Utah.

I purchased I think one month ago for my niece Birthdays and I sent her to Peru another country and I was so upset now is not working and I can not returned because is out of the days and I paid $60 which is a lot but next time I will not buy again.

It does the work it was set to, but the GPS is not that 100 percent on point.

I ordered this watch for my daughter so I could give her a little freedom with keeping a close eye on her. She loves to play at the neighbors house, and this watch has a boundary setting that I can set and if my daughter leaves the boundary it automatically notifies me. If she happens to leave a boundary I set, I can track her with the GPS function. I can also take pictures and listen in remotely. It has a sos function where if my daughter needs me she can hit a button and it will let me know. I love the school mode where it turns certain things off during the school hours I set. On the watch my daughter is allowed to receive or call/text ONLY the numbers I program. I'm also able to monitor everything from the app. Any messages she sents, pictures she takes etc. It does cost $5 a month for the sim card but is 100% worth it. This watch gives me the piece of mind knowing she is safe but also allows her a little more freedom while being closely monitored.

Easy to set up and the app is free. You need to set everything from your app and make sure alarms aren’t going off while kids are in class. Yikes….but the video call works well and smooth enough. I feel better when my kids have them on.

It’s a peace of trash, broke within the first month, don’t waste your time or money with this. After setting up the app and activating SIM card (paid for 3 month), the tracker always shows the same place, texting is Impossible, it always says device unavailable or offline, calls go through sometimes. Total waste.

I bought two of these; one for my daughter and another for my son. We have yet to activate them, since I want to get them on my family's phone plan. But so far I like them.

This has nothing to do with the seller. ONLY THE PRODUCT.This product is horrendous and never stays connected to the Internet. You can’t make phone calls on it without it taking three minutes to connect. Every time did GPS and it says that the child has left the house when they haven’t even moved off the couch. I also tested this theory as I left it on my kitchen table and it said the child has left the house. I get random notifications during the night, saying when a child is leaving but I know that’s not true because it made it hasn’t left the spot I put it in. Now it won’t stop turning off. It was a birthday present for my daughter, but I was having issues with it. Time passes and now I tried activating it last week and it is just constant problems. I wish I would have known this sooner so I could have returned this as soon as possible.

Regalato a mio marito per Natale. Lo ha scelto lui personalmente in realtà. Fa il suo lavoro. Qualità prezzo ottimi. Ne ho preso uno prima che ho dovuto rendere perché quando mi è arrivato non si agganciava il cinturino.Il reso è stato velocissimo e come sempre affidabilissimo. Mi hanno dato il rimborso e ne ho ricomprato un altro che, questa volta, si è agganciato subito.Marito contento 😌
