**UPDATE: I bought two and both broke** Three modes and waterproof ability.
**UPDATE, LOWERED TO TWO STARS**After one month, the watch broke. The connector that holds the pin which attaches the band to the face snapped in half, making the watch unusable. My daughter was roughhousing with her brothers when it broke, so I figured it was possibly her fault. My daughter loved the watch so much that she bought a second one with her own money. The second watch broke after two days, in the exact same spot on the watch, and she wasn't being rough the second time. I love the functionality of the watch, but I guess it's just too cheaply made to last for an active child. If you purchase this watch, consider only letting your child wear it for special occasions and not for everyday life. We will be looking for a different design.**ORIGINAL, 5-STAR, REVIEW**This looks the perfect size on a 7-year-old's wrist. She is able to navigate the settings easily. She loves it. It is a very pretty, bright pink color. It is waterproof, but I have her take it off when fully submerging. Otherwise, she washes her hands and gets it pretty wet at times, but that has not introduced any problems. The instructions were fairly easy to understand, but I had to figure out one thing on my own, through trial and error, which was not in the instructions (see the last paragraph below: how to set the hourly beep mode.)One mode displays the date and time. The day of the week is displayed in a two-letter format (e.g., FR, SU), and the rest is month-day (e.g., 1-27 for January 27th.) You can choose to have the time display military or not, and it displays the seconds as well. The stopwatch mode counts times to the 100th of a second. You can stop the stopwatch and resume later, or you can stop it to see the timecount while it continues to record time in the background. The alarm mode sets an alarm which will ring every day at that time, until you turn it off. It has a little beep on the hour, which you can turn on or off depending on your preference. The hourly beep is the thing I had to figure out on my own. If you set the little funnel like symbol to display (in the same box as the alarm time, underneath the P for pm, just above the circular box which indicates the alarm is set), you are setting the hourly beep to "on."

CUte and reliable
Purchased two of these for my nieces (4-5) who lost their daddy last year and they loved his watch, binoculars, and things. They love these watches and have quickly learned to tell time and share with their friends. It was nice to see them smiling and so happy.

Great watch for active kids.
This watch has been perfect. My five year old hasn't taken it off and it looks new. It's a little big on her, but it has been very durable.

Great Little Watch!
Great little watch! My 11 year old daughter wears it daily, and she plays super hard while wearing it! It is extremely durable, easy to use, fits her smaller than average wrist, and is a great price! We just got back from the beach where she wore it every day in the ocean and the pool and it is still going strong. She said the key is not to press any buttons while it is submerged. We first bought her this exact same make/model watch when she was 8...and this last purchase made #4. It is that great of a watch that we just keep replacing it with the same exact make/model at the start of each school year. The only reason we have had to replace it was due to the band getting pretty nasty, despite lysol wipe baths, after a year of daily use and and summers of streams/mud and salt/sand.

Resilient
We got this watch for our daughter last year. She plays quite hard, and eventually it broke. She was so sad when it did, we ordered her another. She loves the pink color, it's waterproof, and a very reasonable price for a kiddo like ours who plays hard and tends to lose things. :)

Low quality bracelet, broke in 1.5 months
The watch looks pretty and features are good. but within 1.5 months the bracelet joint broke (the slot on the watch head where bracelet pin connects) and now it is now a piece of junk without the bracelet. i saw another review with the same comment and so looks like there is quality issue with this watch
