Atto Primo GOLD. Boar Shaving Brush. Made in Italy.

Having tried a few boar brushes, I can say this is definitely my favourite. Although it takes a fair amount of shaves to break in, once done it works great. The backbone as well as bristle density provide great water retention, making a great lather. It also look as great as it works! Definitely something not to miss if you are looking for a quality shaving brush.

Wetshavers, get this brush. Very tight brush. I am still breaking it in, but it already shows signs of greatness. It looks and feels great. Generates a ton of lather. It is boar hair. My favorite boar hair brush is the Omega - Pro48. This one will challenge it someday.

I read about Atto Primo on Manlinesskit.com. The review from the blog was very positive, so I decided to give this brush a try despite the price difference with standard boar brushes. The brush is excellent, exactly as described in the review. The bristle took around 8 shaves to break in, and it’s really nice. The odor fades away with use. The knot is larger than average and the bristle has great density and backbone. The handle really is comfortable as described. Overall, a superb upgrade from the standard boar brush! It also looks great on my shaving shelf. Highly recommended!

This is truly the best brush I have. I have a total of 6 boar brushes. I always love it when it'ss this brush turn to be used.I must note when I bought this brush it was selling for $35.95 .
