I bought this as a Christmas gift for a family member who is obsessed with Criminal Minds! They absolutely loved it!

I love this show! I never knew there was a game that was based on it, but now I have it!

There is no mystery to solve and there is not social deduction either as the clues have nothing to do with the people playing the game nor the characters - everything is random. To make this any fun at all you would need to engage in a lot of table talk that is completely irrelevant to the game pieces - so what is the point of the game pieces? It looks intriguing and COULD have been a lot of fun, but there is no strategy, no deduction. People have described it as like Mafia -- but in Mafia your character has some agency and you can create narratives. In this game the narrative is given to you in the game pieces, but has nothing to do with who of the players is the unsub. If you want to play Mafia - go play that - and don't bother with this game.

My family is huge on Criminal Minds and this game is so much fun! A little similar to Clue but you get to include your favorite characters. We've played a few times and enjoyed it a lot.
