I went to the doctor, because I was very stiff, and it was a struggle to get out of bed in the morning, or get out of a chair, etc. She did blood work, and found a severe vitamin D3 deficiency. She recommended I take 5000 IU of vitamin D3 each day, and in 3 or 4 months I would see improvement. I'm happy to say, it worked! I'm glad to know this was a treatable condition.

Take one every day...not sure if it does anything for me. A very old Chinese doctor once told me that "everyone needs at least 5000 IUD3 Vitamins daily and I chose to believe him because other things he told me about antibiotics, etc made a lot of sense. Decide for yourself!

I bought the Vitamin D3 due to a low D level and severe pain in my bones in my hands and feet. It has done wonders to help with the issue. I will buy this product again as I believe it helps and it is a high quality product.

Do NOT let the two bottles fool you. Its just a way to mislead you on purchasing it. It does say you get 360 soft gels but showing the smaller bottle lead me to believe that the smaller bottle is a bonus.

Product came packaged well with 2 tamper proof seals. Pills are small and very easy to swallow. Completely satisfied!
