These boards are sturdy, well constructed and accurate. I love these for my home gym. They have handles so they are easy to change on my bar or use for rowing or warm-up exercises. Very satisfied with my purchase.

These 5lb weights are awesome. The rubber grip makes them easy to handle and prevents them from getting damaged. They also look good. A great addition to my weight set.

Weights are expensive. Shopping locally for USED weight plates, I found prices varied between $2-3 per pound, with plain iron plates at the lower end and rubber-coated plates at the higher end of this range. At $25-30 for a 10-lb plate, this plate is solidly within this range, except you will likely get this shipped free to your house for the same price. Meaning: you may not get better than this, even shopping locally.The quality is satisfactory; it was equal to or better than anything I could find used or new, locally. The weight arrived with some gunk on it that easily wiped off with soap and water. The rubber molding/coating is a unclean at the inner seams and somewhat scuffed at the handles, but nothing to get too worked-up about; any weight plate is going to see plenty of use and abuse, and you don't buy it for the looks. The handle size on the 10-lb weights is a tiny bit small for an adult male hand, but otherwise perfectly fine. Weight accuracy is practically perfect.I got this for free from Amazon vine, but the price was so good compared to what I could find locally that I bought a second one (albeit an identical model from a different Chinese company/seller).

We have the 10-pound plate for those sit-ups.The hole in the middle allows you to add weight or additional weight to a barbell.The rubber coating feels good and protects little from have a steal weight hitting or bumping something.I highly recommend the Holleyweb weight plates if someone is in the market for some weight plates.
