Q: how wide is the wok top?

There is a lip on the underside of the lid. It is 13 1/4 inches, from outside of the lip to outside of lip on other side.

Q: From the 2019 reviews, there was a huge quality control problem with the wok handles being broke on arrival. Has the manufacturer fixed this yet?

There was no problem with mine.

Q: Can the wok, skillet etc be used on regular electric or glass stove top?

It is awfully heavy. If I owned a glass top, I probably wouldn’t risk it.
