The Magic Pudding: Being the Adventures of Bunyip Bluegum and His Friends Bill Barnacle and Sam Sawnoff Paperback – Import, 9 January 2016

This looks like some cheap text knock-off. I wish I’d paid more attention when I purchased it. The magic pudding needs the pictures and this has no pictures.

This is an Australian classic - a children's story about a koala bear, a penguin, and a sailor, who travel round the Australian outback with a magic pudding, fighting off the attacks of the terrible puddin' thieves. Wonderfully illustrated by the author. I read it to my daughter thirty years ago and I look forward to reading it to her daughters when they visit shortly.
