I’ve rolled 1/4” steel rod through the wire channels on this, as well as some 22 gauge steel to test it. The rod rolled into a perfect circle and the tool works it well as long as you take your time.Pretty easy to use and service, the quality is on par for the price. I got mine for $108 after a lot of discounts and coupons.

Half the shipping Styrofoam was missing, knobs broken, and metal bent. This should have been listed as previously used, not new. Stuff happens. I'll buy from a different supplier.

Item is as described. Just a little adjustment on the gears and it cranks perfectly. Easy to follow manual for adjustments. Packaged delivered to Hawaii in very good condition.

the good is it looks like a solid piece and from all the other reviews I will assume it works as it should. the bad and the ugly. so the product was double boxed. the Amazon box looked fine the product box looked like it fell off the overpass a 100' to the ground. it was wrapped in 2 rolls of packing tape. one edge was bent, fixable, and one of the knows all thread is bent, fixable. it seems by the reviews packing I'd a bit of an issue. I paid $100 for it, similar pieces were double and higher, so a little cosmetic damage I will live with but buyer beware. I read many reviews that said the same that's why I am not to upset, I was warned

Takes just a little practice to get flat piece to start rounding. Can be little tuff to turn handle, yet as I learned how Machine worked seemed to get easy. I attached Machine to my Lathe table.
