Dishonest Labeling
The product description is 'Delsym 12 Hour Cough Relief Liquid Orange - 5 oz, Pack of 2'.Nowhere does it indicate that this is 'Children's Delsym' but that's what I received.I compared the ingredients and dosage instructions of 'Delsym' and 'Children's Delsym', and they appear to be identical.To be clear, there does NOT appear to be any actual difference between 'Delsym' and 'Children's Delsym' other than packaging.I believe this to be a dishonest marketing ploy intended to deceive parents into thinking there is a different formula for children, thereby causing them to buy unnecessary extra product.

Advertised as pack of 2 5oz bottles of childrens Delsym but as you can see received a three pack of 3 oz bottles. So different amount as well as size of bottle.
