Not ideal (or even useful) for standed SO (extension) cord
Prosless costly than othersConsAs others have noted the set screws are flat washers which really don't do (well) with stranded, and who has solid wire extension cords?? Normally you could then terminate stranded with a spade or bootlace ferrule but there isn't enough room in the casing to allow for this. :(Haven't had issues yet with the strain relief not working as others have noted but haven't gotten that far yet either as I'm still trying to figure out how to terminate stranded 12g to safely land them on the terminals... as of now, useless...<<update: was able to land 12g stranded but it takes some finagling, and there isn't a lot of room between the terminals increasing potential of shorting. So in essence doable but not preferable>>

Cheap and (not so) easy.
You get what you pay for here. These plugs are very economically priced but are not sufficient for any gauge wire above 14 gauge stranded wire. Fine for a lamp, but not for something you will plug and unplug on a regular basis, l;Ike a power tool.

Not bad for the price but missing screws
Not bad for the price but missing screws. Luckily for me I only needed 2 wires connected so I was able to take screws from one outlet and re-use in the others. There were instances where all three internal screws were missing.

Does the job
I replaced the ends on five extension cords. one 16 gauge, two 14 gauge, and two 10 gauge. They fit all three sizes. The 10 gauge cord is the max Gage you can fit in these. An 8 gauge would not fit. They are definitely cheap and a little tricky to assemble. They're not cheap in the sturdiness or construction, just in the sense of it was a little tricky to line up the screws when putting it all back together. They're well worth the money.

Not for me. No thank you.
Very poorly structured to safely handle the electrical load you would expect. The cable stress tighteners do not grab the cable, no matter what gauge. The assemble is 4 different pieces that do not fit together with certainty. I thought I was getting a deal. You get what you pay for. I am more than willing to cut corners, but I threw mine out because I did not feel safe using them.

Run away!
Too many lose pieces. Plug comes apart so you rebuild plug while trying to wire it. Needed to cut hole for cord to fit. Ten guage wire barely fits. Screws to tighten needed philips to start then flat to finish. Did I mention is was a cheap piece of chinese engineering? Save yourself a headache.

Probably dangerous
There are two things I do not like about these ends. 1) The set screws for the cord leads are just a flat washers. Many cord ends have a "U" shaped washer or clamp to better, more easily secure the cord ends. 2) the black vinyl casing is very rigid and I had to cut the hole at the end to get my cord into the housing- and it's so stiff that the it does not deflect to clamp in the cord. You want to be able to clamp the cord into the housing so that if someone, and someone will, pulls on the cord to remove from a outlet, the cord stays attached to the device. Nope.

Did the job for a good price
Price was good for the quantity. They worked just fine for what they were needed for. If your are not mechanically inclined, take some time to disassemble and reassemble several times. And don't tighten screws so tight you strip the housing's plastic thread.
